Individual sessions: $150/50 minutes

Insurance
I am in network with and accept United/Optum/Oscar insurance and Aetna insurance plans. Otherwise, I accept payment by credit card, FSA and HSA accounts at the time of service. With other insurance companies, I am an out of network insurance provider. You may be able to receive reimbursement through your insurance provider. Some insurance providers will provide varying levels of reimbursement for out of network mental health providers. At your request, I can provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance company and asking some of these questions to determine your out of network benefits.

Cancellation Policy
I know that life happens, and try to accommodate appointment changes. I do require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please note there is a cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. This fee is not covered or reimbursed by insurance.
Meeting Virtually
In addition to in-person sessions, Carrie Ohl, LCSW is seeing clients virtually via telehealth sessions.
Sessions are offered on a HIPAA compliant platform and confidentiality is ensured. As a client, this means you can access therapy on a laptop, tablet, or phone.
